Today, the staff of the Intellectual Property Agency, Patents and Trademarks Examination Center, Center for Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and Republican Scientific and Technical Library under Agency visited the Alley of Honors to commemorate national leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers at the graves of Heydar Aliyev and academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
